Terms & Conditions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
"Application Form" means the electronic form submitted by the Exhibitor on the Online Platform, by which the Exhibitor applies to exhibit at the KT& S MEs EXPO.
"Space Stand Fee" means the amount payable by the Exhibitor for the right to use the exhibition space.
“Contract” means the contract signed between the Exhibitor and the Organiser whereby the Organizer accepts the offer of the Exhibitor to participate, according to these Terms and Conditions and to the Application Form, at the Exhibition.
"Exhibition" means the Exhibition stated on the Application Form.
“Exhibition Space” means any space at the Exhibition that had been licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organiser for the purpose of the Exhibition, under these Terms and Conditions, and will include Shell (ready stand) spaces and non-shell (raw) spaces.
"Exhibition Venue" means the Kuwait International Fair Ground or such other venue as designated by the Organizer and notified to the Exhibitor, in writing, prior to the commencement of the Exhibition.
"Exhibitor" means a sole proprietor, a partnership or a limited company applying to exhibit at the Exhibition..
"Exhibitor Online Platform" means the online services provided by the Organiser; i.e. www.kuwaitkt.com, for the Exhibitor to submit its Application Form and, if applicable, manage its participation at the exhibition.
"Organiser" means the National Knowledge Economy Center, which as a promoter and organizer, is responsible for the regulation and control of all aspects of the Exhibition.
2) Conditions for Participation
Payment of the Fees by the deadline stipulated in this application form is of the essence to participate by the Exhibitor at the Exhibition.
The appropriate Space Stand Fee, which is non-refundable, must be made by the Exhibitor following the submission of the application, in accordance with any instructions set out in any request for payment made by the Organiser.
The Space Stand Fee and all other fees payable to the Organiser are not inclusive of any taxes. Any applicable tax payable in respect to the payment made for participation at the Exhibition will be made at the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
The Organiser reserves the right to demand additional, non-interest bearing deposit(s) at any time as a guarantee for the cost of actual or potential damage.
In the event that an application for participating at the Exhibition is not accepted by the Organiser, the paid space Stand Fee will be refunded without charging any interest to the applicant within 30 days from the date of notice of rejection of the application.
If the exhibitor withdraws, for whatever reason, within 90 days prior to the commencement of the selected EXPO event , a charge equivalent to 50% of the rental fee will be forfeited; and if the exhibitor withdraws within 30 days prior to the commencement of the selected Expo event , the full exhibition rental fee is forfeited.
3) Use of Online Services
Subject to service availability and the consent of the Organiser, the Exhibitor may use online services provided by the Organizer, including via the Exhibitor Online Platform by logging in with a user identification code ("Username") and password ("Password") in accordance with any guidance provided by the Organiser. The Organiser only provides an online platform for Exhibitor to handle its application for and participation at the Exhibition.
The Organizer, under no circumstances, will be liable to the Exhibitor or to any other person for any unauthorized access thereto or for any error, mistakes, delay, loss or omission in transmissions made using the online services or their level of security, whatsoever, and, howsoever, occurs.
The Exhibitor will in good faith exercise reasonable care and diligence to keep its Username and Password confidential. At no time and under no circumstances the Exhibitor will disclose its Username and/or Password to any other person.
The Exhibitor will be responsible in full for any unauthorized disclosure of the Username and/or Password to any other person and will bear all risks of the same being used by any unauthorized persons or for any unauthorized purposes.
4) Stand Allocation
The Exhibition Space is licensed to the Exhibitor only. The Exhibitor is prohibited to sub-license the Exhibition Space allocated to it, either all or in part, or otherwise part with or share possession of all or any part of the Exhibition Space without the prior written consent of the Organizers.
The Organizers reserve the right at their sole discretion to change the location or venue of the Exhibition, the opening hours of the Exhibition, the term or duration of the Exhibition, the date or dates on which the Exhibition is to be held, provided that the revised dates are within 6 months of the dates set out in the Application Form, to change the Exhibition Space allocated to the Exhibitor, to alter the size and dimensions of the Exhibition Space from that for which application is made in the Application Form, to change or close entrances, exits and access to the venue, Exhibition and/or Exhibition Space and to undertake any kind of alterations to the Exhibition Space, whatsoever.
In the event that the Organizers change the location or venue of the Exhibition, or the date or dates on which the Exhibition is to be held, the Organizers will provide the Exhibitor with notice of that change as soon as practicable.
Exhibitor who wishes to use a company name on its Exhibition stand which is different to that stated on its Application Form must submit a notice of this change to the Organiser at least three months prior to the commencement of the Exhibition together with the following:- (i) document signed by a certified accountant or the company secretary (where the Exhibitor is a registered limited liability company) to prove that only the name of the Exhibitor has changed; or (ii) other document to show that the new company name belongs to a totally -owned subsidiary of the Exhibitor.
Shell stands are all erected according to a standard pattern. No variation of the standard fascia and lettering will be permitted. Exhibits and displays should not exceed the height of the stand walls unless written permission has been received from the Organiser. It is recommended that all design proposals be submitted to the Organiser for approval.
Plans, drawings and design proposals for non-shell spaces must be submitted and approved according to the Rules and Regulations. These plans, in triplicate, must be
submitted to the Organiser for approval not later than the time specified by the Organiser in the Exhibitor’s application form.
The Organiser has the right at its sole and absolute discretion to prevent Exhibitors from having more than one Stand at the Exhibition.
The Organiser has the right at its sole and absolute discretion to prevent two or more Exhibitors with a common ownership or shareholder to attempt to consolidate their Stands or to display the same goods or product or service range at separate Stands, notwithstanding their application having been accepted.
5) Stand Construction
Stands and exhibits shall not exceed the maximum floor-loading limit as follows:
Hall 5, 6, and 7 1 Ton per M2 floor loading and 3.5 Maximum Booth Height.
The Organiser reserves the right to alter or remove, without notice, and at the Exhibitor's expense, any Stand that differs from the submitted specification or any Stand that does not conform to the Organiser's required standard, rules and regulations.
The Exhibitor shall have no claim against the Organiser or its agents for any extra cost of replacing its Stand to conform to the Organiser's required standard, rules and regulations or for any other losses or damages relating thereto.
The suspension of Stands or lighting devices from the ceiling structure of the exhibition Venue will not be permitted. All lighting devices have to be attached onto a lighting truss of no more than 1.0m height, with a minimum of 2.5m and a maximum of 6.0m ground clearance.
Fixings to the surface of the floors to secure margin boards and other stand fittings will not be permitted unless prior approval in writing is obtained from the Organiser.
The removal and disposal of crates and stand fittings or materials are not covered by the Booth Service Fee and are subject to an additional charge based on the charges imposed by the exhibition Venue or such other sum as the Organiser may reasonably determine.
6) Shell Booths and Custom-built Stands
Shell Booths are provided by the Organiser's official contractor and are of a standard design. No variation of the Shell Booth including but not limited to its fascia board, lettering and fittings, shall be allowed unless the Organiser gives prior written approval.
No decoration, booth fitting or exhibit shall exceed 2.5m in height or the height of the Shell Booth, whichever is lower.
Custom-Built Participation contractors' information, construction drawings and lighting distribution plan and site work deposit should be submitted to the Organiser for review no later than six weeks before the commencement of the Exhibition, and a copy of a valid insurance policy should reach the Organiser no later than four weeks before the commencement of the Exhibition.
Drawings submitted must be in a reasonable scale of not less than 1:100, fully dimensioned and must contain information such as floor plan, stand elevation, fittings, carpeting, colours and materials to be used, moving exhibits, audio-visual equipment, weights and point loading of exhibits. Drawings submitted will be forwarded to the management company of the Exhibition Venue for approval.
No contractor's badge or vehicle pass will be issued for the Exhibition Venue and no custom-built Stand will be permitted to be erected at the Exhibition Venue unless the Exhibitor's contractors' information, construction drawings and lighting distribution plan, site work deposit (including late charge, if applicable) and a copy of a valid insurance policy have been received by the Organiser.
All custom-built stand designs, stand materials used and its construction must conform to the rules and regulations of the Exhibition Venue.
All exhibits and stand furnishings must be confined to the Exhibition Space. The Exhibitor will l not store or permit to be stored any hazardous material s (according to the definition of Dangerous Goods Ordinance and any regulations from time to time applicable thereunder) at the Exhibition Space.
The Organizers reserve the right to remove, at the Exhibitor’s expense and risk, any exhibits or publicity material not produced by the Exhibitor or its associated companies or which are not as specified on the Application Form.
The Exhibitor shall not exhibit at the Exhibition any counterfeit goods or any goods which infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights (“Infringing Goods”) or any goods which are prohibited or restricted by Kuwaiti laws or regulations and customs
(“Prohibited Goods” ). The Organizers shall have the right, without recourse, to physically remove any goods which it or any court or relevant authority deem to be Infringing Goods, Prohibited Goods or Unethical Goods, to cancel the Exhibitor’s right of participation and/or to close down the Exhibitor’s exhibition stand and in any such event, the Exhibitor shall have no financial or other claim against the Organizers.
The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organisers, on demand, against all claims, liabilities, losses, suits, proceedings, damages, judgments, expenses, costs (including legal fees) and charges of any kind, howsoever, incurred by or on behalf of or made against the Organizers arising out of breach of the obligations of the Exhibitor not to record Images, or any infringement of third party IPR by the Exhibitor.
The transporting, assembling, dismantling and the removing of custom-built Stands are the responsibility of the Exhibitor or its appointed contractor. The Organiser must carry out all such work according to the arrangements and within the time limits specified in these Conditions, or otherwise.
All Stands should be dismantled and removed together with all other materials and waste by 2400 hrs on the last date of the Exhibition (unless extra move-out arrangements have been agreed on with the Organizer); otherwise, hall usage charges will be imposed until all such items have been cleared.
Only electricity can be used as a source of light or power at the Exhibition Venue.
The official contractor appointed by the Organiser shall carry out all electrical works at Exhibitor’s expense. Design plan or proposals for electrical installation must be submitted to reach the Organiser for review not later than six weeks before the commencement of the Exhibition.
The Organiser may require amendments or variations to be made to the design plan or proposals at its sole and absolute discretion.
Electric current will be supplied in 230 volt, single phase. Electric current of a higher voltage, (440 volt, three phases), will be supplied subject to prior arrangement with the Organiser. The maximum electric power that will be supplied is 15 KW per 12 square meter of floor area.
Electricity, whether from the mains, batteries or generators shall be supplied only through the Exhibition Venue's official contractor.
8) Use of Stand & Safety
The Exhibitor will be solely responsible for the precautionary measures (such as guards or other means of protection) to protect the public from any moving or working exhibits. Such moving or working exhibits will l only be demonstrated or operated by competent persons authorized by the Exhibitor and shall not be left running in the absence of such persons. Display of such working or moving exhibits must be subject to the Organiser's prior written approval.
The use of laser products at the Exhibition requires prior approval in writing from the Organiser. Application for approval of such use must be submitted to reach the Organiser not later than two months before the commencement of the Exhibition.
No advertising or demonstration at the Exhibition, including the staging of any fashion show, will be allowed at the Exhibition Venue unless the Organiser's advance approval in writing is obtained.
The Exhibitor shall not hang on, or otherwise stick to, the fascia boards any stickers, posters, hangers or other materials.
The Organizer shall be entitled, at its sole and absolute discretion, to require forthwith, to be removed, and to remove, at the Exhibitor's expense, from any Stand or any area allocated for Custom-Built Participation made available to any Exhibitor, any goods, Publicity Material, items or things displayed or placed there without any obligation to give any reason therefor, and without incurring any liability for any loss, damage or expense whatsoever incurred by the Exhibitor or any other person as a consequence thereof.
Stand assembling, installation and decoration must be carried out within the time limits specified by the Organiser and must in any case be completed by 6:00pm on the day immediately preceding the commencement date of the Exhibition. The Organiser reserves the right to assemble, install or decorate any area in the Exhibition Venue allocated for Custom-Built Participation or Stand, which is not completed by that time at the Exhibitor's expense.
Repairs or alterations to the Stand or displays may only be carried out after the Exhibition is closed to the public and with prior written agreement of the Organiser.
No Stand or exhibits shall be dismantled or removed before the official closing time of the Exhibition on the last day of the Exhibition unless the Organiser has given special permission.
Gas-filled balloons shall not be permitted at the Exhibition Venue under any circumstances.
Exhibitors and their Representatives shall not do, or permit anything to be done, which in the reasonable opinion of the Organizers shall cause or is likely to cause a disturbance, nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, disruption, damage, danger or risk to any person or thing, or to the health or safety thereof, or which does not conform with the general standards of the Exhibition or amounts or may amount to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9) Move-in and Move-out of Stand Materials/Publicity Material & Exhibits
The Exhibitor shall move in to the Exhibition Venue according to the arrangements and within the time limits specified by the Organiser.
The arrangement and payment for transporting goods to and from the Exhibition Venue, and the receiving, decorating and removing its exhibits are entirely the responsibility of the Exhibitor.
The relevant Exhibitor shall remove all exhibits, Stand materials/Publicity Material and the like of the Exhibitor immediately after the closing of the Exhibition according to the arrangements and within the time limits specified by the Organiser. Any exhibits or Stand material/Publicity Materials and the like of the Exhibitor left behind at the Exhibition Venue shall be deemed abandoned and shall be disposed of by the Organiser at the expense of the exhibitor concerned. All proceeds (if any) of such disposal shall be retained by the Organiser and the Organiser shall not be obliged to account the proceeds to the relevant Exhibitor.
The Organiser reserves the right to appoint one or more exclusive contractor(s) to handle the movements of all goods and exhibits in and out of the Exhibition Venue, whereupon the Exhibitor shall be obliged to hire the services of such exclusive contractor(s).
The Exhibitor must have, at all times, valid and adequate insurance policy cover against theft, fire, public liability, damage to property, personal injury, third party loss, accidents,
natural calamities, acts of God and such other risks normally insured against by Exhibitors and/or as the Organiser may require, in connection with, inter alia, the Exhibitor’s property and its activities during the Exhibition (including the moving in and moving out periods).
The Organizers shall be entitled to inspect any such insurance policy and receipts for premiums at any time.
The Exhibitor shall insure and/or accept the risk of any change to the venue, opening hours, the duration and/or the date or dates of the Exhibition pursuant to clause Stand Allocation or any postponement or cancellation of, or other change to, the Exhibition under clause Postponement and Cancellation.
11) Postponement and Cancellation
The Organizers may, without reason being necessary and without incurring any liability whatsoever to the Exhibitor other than as provided in clause Liability and Refunds, cancel the Exhibition, or at their election, postpone indefinitely, or otherwise make changes to the Exhibition, if in the sole opinion of the Organizers:
the holding of the Exhibition by the Organizers, the performance by the Organizers’ of their obligations or attendance at the Exhibition by exhibitors and/or visitors, is impossible, illegal or substantially or materially interfered with or affected, due to any cause or causes beyond the control of the Organizers including, without limitation, any of the following: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion, civil commotion, armed hostilities, act of terrorism, revolution, blockade, embargo, strike, lock-out, sit-in, industrial or trade dispute, adverse weather, disease, risk to public health, accident to or breakdown of plant or machinery, shortage of any material, labour, transport, electricity or other supply, regulatory intervention, general advisory or recommendation of any government (including any government agency or department), regulatory authority or international agency, against travel, exhibitions and/or public gatherings, or the Exhibition Centre becomes unavailable and/or unfit for occupancy and/or use;
Any other circumstance, occurrence or cause arises that makes it in the opinion of the Organizers impossible, impractical, or undesirable for the Organizers to hold the Exhibition as initially planned.
This Contract may be terminated by the Organizers by notice to the Exhibitor upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
The Exhibition is cancelled under clause Postponement and Cancellation;
The Organizers are not satisfied that proper use is being made of the Exhibition Space during the installation period or at any time during the term of the Exhibition or at any other time when the Exhibitor or any of its Representatives or exhibits is in the Exhibition Centre in connection with the Exhibition;
Payment of Fees is not made by the Exhibitor in accordance with Clause 6 - Terms of payment;
The Exhibitor is, for any reason, unable to utilize the Exhibition Space allocated to it;
The Exhibitor becomes insolvent or, in any jurisdiction, enters into or takes or is subject to any form of winding up, administration, receivership, liquidation, bankruptcy, arrangement with creditors generally or any other insolvency procedure in respect of it or any of its assets, or suffers the enforcement of security or legal process or repossession;
The Exhibitor is convicted of any criminal offence or otherwise so conducts itself as to bring itself, the Exhibition or the Organiser into disrepute;
The Exhibitor is in breach of any provision of this Contract, including without limitation, its obligations in clauses 5 and 7 in relation to Infringing Goods, Prohibited Goods and recording of Images, or of the Exhibitor’s Manual; or
The Exhibitor is in breach of any applicable local legislation, rules or regulations. Upon termination of this Contract for whatever reason, any allocation of the Exhibition Space shall automatically be cancelled forthwith.
If this Contract is terminated under any of subclauses of termination, the Organizers shall be entitled forthwith to re-license the Exhibition Space, all payments made in respect of the Exhibition Space shall be forfeited and the Organizers shall have the right to claim for the balance of the Fees and for any loss or damage suffered or additional expenses incurred by or on behalf of the Organizers as a consequence,thereof.
Upon termination of this Contract for whatever reason, all of the Exhibitor’s property shall be removed by the Exhibitor from the Exhibition Space immediately, failing which such property shall be removed and the Exhibition Space cleared by the Organizers at the Exhibitor’s expense.
The Organizers reserve the right to exercise a general lien over any property of the Exhibitor in the Exhibition Centre in respect of all monies, of whatsoever nature, including in respect of claims for damages, which may at any time be due or payable by the Exhibitor to the Organisers in connection with the Exhibition.
Obligations of the Exhibitor, which are unperformed at termination of the Contract, shall continue in force after termination.
13) Liability and Refunds
Participation by the Exhibitor in the Exhibition is solely at the Exhibitor’s own risk.
Participation by the Exhibitor in the Exhibition is solely at the Exhibitor’s own risk.
The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizers harmless, on demand, against all claims, liabilities, losses, suits, proceedings, damages, judgments, expenses, costs (including legal fees) and charges of any kind howsoever incurred by or on behalf of or made against the Organizers arising out of any breach of any of this Contract or the Exhibitor’s Manual or any other default or negligence of, or any damage or loss caused by, the Exhibitor and/or any of its Representatives.
All exhibits are brought to, displayed at and removed from the Exhibition Centre at the Exhibitor’s own risk and shall be safeguarded by the Exhibitor at all times.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses (including consequential losses), damages, demands, costs, claims, charges or other expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by the Exhibitor, their Representatives or any other person arising in connection with the Exhibition including, without limitation, (a) any theft, fire, (b) use of the Security Room Service, (c) defect in the Exhibition Centre howsoever caused, (d) cancellation or early closure of, or delay in the opening or closing of, the Exhibition for whatever reason outside the control of the Organiser, (e) any matter referred to in paragraph 3 & 4 of these Terms and Conditions, (f) any types of taxes accrued or imposed by government (including any government agency or department) or regulatory authority to the Exhibitors or their Representatives, (g) any natural calamity or any act of God, howsoever arising. The Exhibitor shall be liable to any third party for, inter alia, any claims, injury or damage arising from any such event and/or from its booths and its portion of the shell scheme. The Exhibitor and/or their Representatives shall have no financial or other claim against the Organizers.
Subject as below, the Organizers accept no responsibility and shall not incur any liability to the Exhibitor or any other person for (a) any error or omission in any information relating to it, its equipment, products or services in any promotional material, information or thing provided to the Organizers or any other person by the Exhibitor, (b) any error or omission relating to it, its equipment, products or services in the Exhibition’s Official Directory or in any promotional material, information or thing produced or commissioned by the Organizers or that Exhibitor, (c) products displayed or sold by any exhibitor at the Exhibition, (d) the Organizers carrying out any of their obligations under this Contract or the Exhibitors’ Manual, or (e) any loss or damage or any indirect or consequential loss caused by or arising from any of the equipment and computer systems (inclusive of hardware and software) of and services provided by the Organizers, by any supplier to the Organisers or by the Exhibition Centre Operator failing or being defective.
In the event that the Organizers postpone, change the venue of, or otherwise make changes to the Exhibition under clause 4:
The Contract shall continue to bind the parties;
The Exhibitor shall not be entitled to any refund of any payments made in respect of the Exhibition Space, and shall remain liable to pay the balance of the Fees, if any; and
The Exhibitor shall have no claim whatsoever for compensation for loss or damage suffered or additional expenses incurred as a result of any postponement, change of venue or other change to (including any alteration in character or reduction in scale of) the Exhibition.
In the event that the Organizers cancel or permanently postpone the Exhibition under clause 10, the Exhibitor shall have no claim whatsoever for compensation for loss or damage suffered or additional expenses incurred as a result of any such cancellation of the Exhibition.
The Exhibitor acknowledges and agrees that the Organiser, its employees and contractors may take photographs/videos, which could include images of the Exhibitor and its Representatives while attending the Exhibition. The Exhibitor hereby consents to and grants to the Organiser and its affiliates, the unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and transferable right and license to use (and grant others the right to use) the images worldwide without any compensation. The Exhibitor acknowledges that the Organiser is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in the images and hereby waives (a) any and all rights in and to such images, and (b) any and all claims the Exhibitor and its Representatives may have relating to or arising from the images or their use.
The Exhibitor acknowledges that, in light of the Fees, the above provisions of this clause are no more than is reasonable to protect the Organizers as organizers of the Exhibition.
Nothing in this clause shall have the effect of limiting or excluding the Organizers’ liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Organizers to the extent it cannot be excluded or restricted at the relevant law.
The Organizers reserve the right to set off any indebtedness of the Exhibitor to the Organizers against any indebtedness of the Organizers to the Exhibitor in each case on any account whatsoever.
No waiver by the Organizers of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, of any of its rights hereunder or the provisions of the Exhibitor’s Manual shall have effect unless given in writing and signed by any Director of the Organizers. The Organizers’ rights
shall not be prejudiced or restricted by any concession, indulgence or forbearance extended to the Exhibitor.
No waiver by or on behalf of the Organizers of any breach or any liability for payment by the Exhibitor shall operate as a waiver of any other or subsequent breach or other liability for payment, respectively.
No remedy conferred by any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the Exhibitor’s Manual is intended to be exclusive of any other remedy, except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or the Exhibitor’s Manual, and each and every remedy shall be cumulative and shall be in addition to every other remedy given hereunder or now or hereafter existing in law or in equity or by statute or otherwise.
These Terms and Conditions (including without limitation the obligations it contains to comply with the terms of, and to avoid putting the Organizers in breach of, other documents) together with the Exhibitor’s Manual and the Application Form, supersede all prior agreements, negotiations and discussions between the parties. The Exhibitor may not rely on any representation, warranty, collateral contract or other assurance (except as set out in these Terms and Conditions and the Exhibitor’s Manual) made by or on behalf of the Organizers before the Exhibitor’s participation in the Exhibition, and the Exhibitor waives all rights and remedies which, but for this paragraph, might otherwise be available to it in respect of any such representation, warranty, collateral contract or other assurance, provided that nothing in this paragraph shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
The headings in these Terms and Conditions have been inserted for reference only and do not affect their interpretation.
Nothing in this Contract shall create a relationship of landlord and tenant as between the Organizers and the Exhibitor or give the Exhibitor any estate or interest in the Exhibition Space other than a non-exclusive licence.
The provisions contained in each clause, paragraph and subparagraph of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforceable independently of each of the others and its validity shall not be affected if any of the others is invalid. If any of those provisions is void but would be valid if some part of the provision were deleted, the provision in question shall apply with such modification as may be necessary to make it valid.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Exhibitor’s Manual, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of any such inconsistency.
15) Governing and Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Kuwait courts and the Exhibitor submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Kuwait courts for all purposes relating to this Contract or the Exhibition.
16) Supplemental Clauses
The Organiser reserves the right to issue supplementary regulations or instructions in addition to those set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the Rules and Regulations to the extent reasonable to ensure smooth management of the Exhibition. Any additional written regulations or instructions shall be deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and shall be binding on the Exhibitor.
